A little about me:
I’m a big picture thinker, and I love leading diverse teams to achieve big things that none of us could do on our own. I get a special buzz from the exchange of ideas—one spark leads to another and before you know it a design solution takes shape. Designing for public spaces is pretty magical—seeing our finished projects filled engaged colleagues, rabid fans or excited visitors gives me goosebumps.
I love meeting with clients and collaborators, visiting project sites, and getting in the room with the decision makers. When it comes to BD—I like to win—and I’m very comfortable in a pitch. Leading projects and growing client relationships is second nature to me, from scope definition and proposal fees all the way through to the project opening and beyond. I’m a confident public speaker, workshop facilitator and thought leader, and I get a lot of joy from fostering and supporting newer EGD’ers grow and develop in their careers.
My favorite things are live music, weird art, amazing food, performance, spontaneous adventures and back yard hangouts. I can’t live without coffee. Puns make me laugh. Tacos are life. I’m based in West Seattle, and the PNW is my heart home.
Do you like nerdy behavioral assessments? Me too. See profiles from Culture Index, Meyers Briggs, DiSC and True Colors here.
